Kerstin Lenhof

PhD Candidate @ Saarland University

I am a PhD candidate from Saarland University & the Saarbrücken Graduate School of Computer Science working as a researcher at the chair of Prof. Dr. Hans-Peter Lenhof (incidental name similarity). Amongst others, we develop bioinformatics software and databases for analysing human diseases, e.g., cancer, at this chair. I am particularly interested in the development of novel (machine learning) algorithms and approaches for drug sensitivity prediction and biomarker discovery in cancer, where I regularly published articles about at top journals (e.g. Bioinformatics). If you are interested in my research take a look at my Google Scholar or ResearchSquare profile or just drop me an email. During leisure time, I regularly cook (and eat) delicious food, and am interested in creating art.
